C’ Italian- Fine Italian Dining

This Italian restaurant located in the Clark Field, Pampanga is considered to be one of the best Italian restaurants not just in Angeles City but in the entire country.

Getting a reservation before hand is highly recommended since the place can be packed with many guests during weekends and it will be frustrating going all the way to Clark to dine at C’ Italian and not being able to.

Panizza is the specialty of the house. It is a rectangular shaped thin crust pizza cut into strips topped with alfalfa sprouts and arugula leaves then rolled like a sushi before eating it.

 Panizza Kristina P810

Bacon, ham, caramelized onion, sun dried tomatoes & mushroom. The arugula has a very peppery taste with combinations of good cheese and some slices of meat toppings. The mixture of the ingredients is perfect.

 Risotto Kristina P865

This dish has chunks of Salmon and prawn with asparagus, broccoli and mushroom slices, enticed with white truffle oil and Italian parsley. I've eaten in Italian restaurants and I've tried risottos and nothing comes close to the wonder and complexity of this beautiful dish. Even my friend who’s not a fan of risotto liked this dish too.

Penne Roberto P710

Penne pasted with a blend of gorgonzola cheese, cream and assorted herbs, with chicken fillet, roasted garlic and sun dried tomatoes. The cheese in dish is a bit too strong for me but my friends love it!

Wood fire roasted chicken with potato  P1,300

This dish is served whole Tuscan style chicken and infused with lemon, white wine virgin olive oil, accompanied by onion roasted potatoes and garlic roasted Italian broccoli.

The service in the restaurant is also impressive. Waiters listen to the customers carefully and they know the food they are serving very well making our dining experience here at C’ worthwhile.
