Korean dining at Yoogane IL Terrazzo




Yoogane, a restaurant chain in Korea,  is now open in the Philippines. Yoogane specialize in dak galbi which is chicken marinated in chili paste sauteed with vegetables, rice cakes, and potatoes.

Similar to other Korean restaurants, Yoogane also serves free appetizers.



Yoogane's Marinated Chicken Galbi. All ingredients are stirred together until it is cooked. To enjoy the dish more, we ordered extra mozzarella cheese. I like it more with the cheese because it gave the dish more flavoring.  Really a must try!

Beef bulgogi thin slices of cooked marinated beef served in a sizzling plate.

Chap Chae made from sweet potato noodles stir fried in sesame oil with various vegetables, beef, and flavored with soy sauce and sugar then it is garnished with sesame seeds. I like this dish because the noodles are cooked just right and it is not oily.


After our meal, we are given free Yakult to neutralize the spicy taste in our mouth. 


The place is ventilated, each table has an exhaust fan hovering over it to take up the smell of the food, though the ventilation still needs a little bit of an improvement.



Now I can satisfy my Korean dish craving anytime, I don’t have to go all the way to Ortigas or Makati.

    tried yoogane too.. we should have tried adding mozzarella to our galbi, it looks delicious! :)
