GLISMATTEN The Swiss Fondue House 瑞士火鍋屋





It was past dinner time when we bumped to Glismatten (The Swiss Fondue House) since we were too full to try their main dishes we decided to try their dessert instead.  I was delighted when we entered the restaurant since it had a homey ambiance, which is a good place to hang out or relax while you rest your tired feet after exploring Tianzifang.








Each table has a guestbook and diary for visitors to write their comments on, and share the most intimate parts about their lives in those diaries. Great concept! 
Blueberry Cheesecake

The cheesecake is really good. What I liked about this dish is the modification they made on their recipe to give their customer a unique and satisfying dining experience.  Oats were mixed with the graham crust and cheese was incorporated in their batter which made this dish creamy and healthy.

Strawberry Panna Cotta

I was a bit disappointed with their Panna Cotta. Their Panna Cotta tasted like whip cream and strawberry jam instead of fresh strawberry or preserved strawberry was used as topping.  Don't hold me to it though my friends love this dish.
