I was privileged enough to be invited to the Bulgogi Brothers' MOA branch VIP night. Currently this is their 3rd branch in the Philippines and their 4th branch will soon open at Harbor Point Subic.
As we all know Bulgogi Brothers serves Korean dishes. I had just came back from Seoul last summer and I am missing their food.

Rib Eye Steak
Dobu Steak
Korea's version of Tofu Steak. Beef, bean sprout and fried tofu, drizzled with teriyaki sauce.
Janchi Guksu
Noodle soup in a light broth made from anchovy.Topped with egg, laver and zucchini and served with a sauce made from sesame oil and small amounts of chili pepper sauce and scallions. This is my first time to try this dish and it taste really good even without the chili sauce.
Bibimbap
This is a signature Korean dish, rice topped with mixed vegetables, gochujang (chili pepper paste) and topped with eggs and bits of meat.
I have tried several Korean Restaurants here but nothing beats Bulgogi Brothers. Really a must try.
