There are many themed shops and
restaurants in Tianzifang but “More Than Toilet” definitely caught our
attention. “More Than Toilet” is a bathroom themed restaurant which is actually
part of a chain of themed restaurants in Taiwan” Modern Toilet”. More Than
Toilet offers a wide selection of food from appetizers, pastas, pizzas,
desserts and specialty drinks like milk teas which made us more excited to try
their food.
Tables
are bathroom sinks topped with glass, seats are actual toilets with gold
urinals hanging from the walls.
Spaghetti Pomodoro
Tomato based pasta mixed with
tomatoes, basil and broccoli served in “washbasin”. The pasta was good it
tasted like an authentic Italian dish. Yummy!
Strawberry waffles
This freshly made waffle is crunchy
on the outside but really soft inside. Enjoy this dish even more when you
topped the waffle with ice cream and fresh fruits. Definitely one of the best
waffles I’ve tasted
Sausage and Bacon Pizza
This was the best dish we ordered.
Pizza dough topped with generous amount of cheese, tomato, bacon, mushroom, and
sausage really a must try.
Milk tea
To capture the toilet theme dining
experience the iced milk tea was served in a cute urinal shaped mug.
Food is a bit overpriced but you’ll
definitely get your money’s worth with the quality of service and unique dining
experience this restaurant offers
