Cajun Red Rock

Cajun Red Rock ( a.k.a. Cajun) is a family restaurant that has been around for quite some time. This Western style restaurant serves salads, fries, chicken fingers, ribs, burgers, pastas and the like. The restaurant has a cozy ambiance, and have a number of couches for you to relax while dining.

I always wanted to dine in their restaurant but since it’s near our place we usually have our meal to go and enjoy it at home and the best part is we all share our food this means I get to taste everything that we ordered! This time this is what we had for dinner.

Fire Grilled Bourbon Dory (P315)

We had the Fire Grilled Bourbon Dory with grilled buttered corn and it’s absolutely delicious! The fish was grilled perfectly. I can eat this dish even without its dressing. But of course it will be much testier with sauce on it ^_^

Chicken Alfred (P295)

Deep fried breaded chicken covered with white Alfred sauce with mixed vegetables and mojos as side dish. It was pretty delicious. The sauce goes along  with the fried chicken breast very well and their mojos are made out of sweet potatoes, a different way to eat “kamote”. (For to go orders dressing was placed separately)

 Creole Chicken pasta (P250)

This dish was cooked in white sauce and topped with chicken. Similar to a carbonara but this is way better as it was creamy and tasty it's ingredients were well blended creating a unique taste making you to want to eat more.
