We usually get a negative feedback when it comes to
eating healthy food. People say it “tasteless" and “expensive” plus you definitely
won’t enjoy your meal. But try to visit
Nomnomnom Happy Food this restaurant will change your perspective.
Nomnomnom, where delicious and healthy food go together, is
located at the lower ground floor of GYY Building (just right beside Shell
station). It’s quite easy to miss this restaurant if not for its small sign up
front.
This small restaurant is divided into two sections you can choose to dine al fresco or air condition. The walls are decorated with pin lights, picture frames, and books, tables and chairs are made of light colored wood giving a rustic and homey ambiance where you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your meal.
There are several interesting dishes that are worth a try. We started our meal with Fried Ravioli (6pcs -P90) made of crisp pasta pockets stuffed with cheesy water spinach (also known as kangkong) & mushroom filling. Paired with garlic sauce and salsa this crunchy appetizer almost tastes like a meatless shawarma.
Fried Ravioli
Enchilada (P160). This dish can be shared by 2 persons. This
is the Mexican version of lasagna, made with corn tortilla and filled with water spinach, cream and cheese. The dish was baked just right with a perfect combination
of its ingredients, making it one of the best enchiladas we’ve ever tasted
Enchilada
For our final dish we had Pizza
Margherita
(P220). A classic pizza with mozzarella, fresh basil
& tomatoes. Since foods in this restaurant are made upon order, allow 15-20
minutes waiting time for this dish, your hunger will be satisfied when you see
this 15 inch-long pizza.
