Apartment 1B -Makati

Apartment 1B has been around for quite some time. Finally after a year of planning, my boyfriend and I were able to find time to dine in this restaurant.  Located at One Lafayette Square in Makati, it was a bit surprising that the place was packed even on weekends (this only means that they serve really good food).  It is recommended that you call, and make a reservation. 

Corn Chowder

To start off dinner, we had the Corn Chowder. It tasted like potato soup topped with corn, bacon and parsley. The soup was creamy and delicious

Grilled Pork Chops

Homemade apple sauce, mashed potatoes with mixed vegetables.  The chops are so tender and juicy definitely one of the best pork chops I've ever tasted. Really a must try. 

Spaghetti Bolognese

Italian sausage, button mushrooms, herbs. This dish was also good I just wish that the dish had more tomato sauce on  it. 

The food is reasonably priced with the quality service and gourmet comfort food being offered. Apartment 1B is a great place to bond with your friends or simply unwind after a long day’s work. Definitely one place you'll keep going back to.
