Nha Trang Vietnamese Restaurant

Nha Trang,  located at Ground Floor of Ocean Terminal Harbour City ,is a Vietnamese restaurant located in Hong Kong,  This restaurant prepares it's dishes using only the freshest ingredients in order to provide its customers an authentic Vietnamese cuisine, with its refreshing flavors in a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere.

In order to make it right and authentic, they bring in many ingredients from Vietnam, ingredients  such as the broken rice from the Mekong Delta, and fish sauce from the island of Phu Quoc. Thier coffee beans are flown in from the highland of Peliku and lotus tea from Dalat.

Being a fan of Vietnamese cuisine, I always make sure to be able to dine in a Vietnamese restaurant once in a while.  So you can imagine my excitement when I found out that we were going to dine in Nha Trang.  Unlike my relatives, this was the first time I had the chance to dine in Nha Trang.

Cus Lot Chien Cuon HKD 48. Fried soft shell crab wrapped in rice paper with vegetables.  The vegetables balanced the crunchiness of the crab. A new way to enjoy crab, definitely a must  try.

Tom Cuon HKD 46. Fresh prawn marinated in their ceviche sauce was slightly cooked then wrapped in rice paper with lettuce.  This was my favorite I almost finished an order of this.

Cha Gio HKD 56 This dish is a classic deep fried Vietnamese spring roll, also known as imperial rolls served with lettuce and cucumber.

Pho Tin HKD 46. Noodle soup with thin slices of medium rare beef.  A typical beef noodle soup but what made this dish stand out is that the beef was very tender.  The dish also has fresh herb and vegetable but my cousin requested them to remove it.

Bun Thit Nuong HKD 45. Cold Vermicelli with grilled pork, this dish was good. The noodle was cooked just right and the pork was seasoned perfectly. It would have been better if they created a sauce dedicated to this dish.

Food in this restaurant is reasonably priced. The staff was very accommodating, and attentive to the customers’ needs. We left the place full and satisfied.  A must visit restaurant when in Hong Kong.
